Applicants applying for the Cambodia Tourist or Business eVisa must submit the complete set of required documents. Applications with missing documents will delay processing.

Mandatory Documents for All Applicants
The following set of documents is mandatory for all applicants, regardless of the eVisa type. Prepare these documents before initiating your application.
Passport Bio-Page
Submit a scanned copy of your passport bio page.
Accepted ✅
- Full page coloured scan with MRZ code clearly visible
- High-resolution image with clear and legible texts
- Original passport issued in the applicant’s name
Not Accepted ❌
- Cropped or partial scans
- Black and white or low-quality images
- Scan with reflections and redacted information
- Damaged passports with stains or cuts
Applicant's Photograph
Upload a clear scan of the applicant’s photograph.
The photo must be:
- In colour and good quality
- Free from reflections or shadows
- Taken against a solid white background
- Without any objects or fingers obstructing the applicant’s face
- Clear enough for the applicant’s facial features to be easily identifiable.
Round-Trip Ticket
Provide a valid travel confirmation for entry into and departure from Cambodia.
- For air travel, provide a confirmed flight ticket.
- For road travel, provide a confirmed bus ticket.
Electronic tickets (e-tickets) are acceptable and preferred.
Hotel Reservation Document
- Submit a confirmed hotel or accommodation reservation.
- It must cover your full stay in Cambodia.
The confirmation should clearly display:
- Property name, address and phone number
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Booking confirmation number
Bank Statement (Last 3 months)
Upload a valid copy of your bank statement for the last 3 months consecutive months before submitting your application.
Business Invitation Letter
Additional documents required for Business eVisa
Cambodian business eVisa applicants must also submit the following document, in addition to those mentioned above.
Business Invitation Letter Requirements:
The letter must be issued on the official letterhead of the inviting company or organization.
The letter must be duly signed with date and official stamp.
It must include:
- Registered name, address and contact details of the company or organisation.
- Full name and passport details of the applicant
- Detailed purpose of the trip, duration of stay and contact information after arriving in Cambodia.

- Gather Documents: Prepare all the required documents beforehand for your eVisa type.
- Complete the Application Form: Fill out the form, upload the documents in the designated fields and pay the eVisa fee.
- Receive eVisa: Wait for approval and receive your eVisa via email.
