Welcome. Before you use this site to apply for a Cambodia e-visa or related travel documentation, please read these Terms of Use carefully. Using our website or ordering any of our services means you accept everything set out below.
Please note: we are an independent, privately owned application-assistance service. We are not the Cambodian government, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cambodia, or any Cambodian embassy or consulate, and we have no official government affiliation. Our role is to help you complete, check, and submit your e-visa application correctly, and to guide you through the process, in exchange for a service fee.
We may update these Terms from time to time, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised version. Some individual services may come with their own extra terms, which apply in addition to this document.
1. Your Account and Registration
If a feature of our service requires you to create an account, you agree to give us accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. You must be at least 18 years old to register or place an order with us — we do not accept registrations from minors, though we can process applications on a minor's behalf when submitted and consented to by a parent or legal guardian.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for anything that happens under your login. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account without permission. We won't be responsible for losses caused by you not keeping your account secure.
2. Changes We May Make to the Service
We can add, remove, pause, or shut down any part of our website or service at any time, for any reason, without needing to notify you in advance. We won't owe you or anyone else compensation for doing so.
3. Using Our Service on a Phone or Tablet
If you use our site through a mobile browser or app, your carrier's normal data and messaging charges may apply, and some features may behave differently depending on your device or network. By submitting an order, you agree we (or our processing partners) may text or email you regarding your application status. If your phone number changes, please let us know so status updates don't go to someone else.
4. Application Processing Times
We aim to submit and process Cambodia e-visa applications within the timeframe stated at checkout, but these are estimates, not guarantees. Final approval and timing are entirely at the discretion of Cambodian immigration authorities and can change without warning. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including public holidays, system outages on government portals, severe weather, strikes, or civil disturbance. Visa requirements can change at any time; while we try to keep our website accurate, we cannot promise it is error-free, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for official government guidance.
5. Cancelling an Order and Getting a Refund
Cancellation windows
Standard-speed orders: you may ask us to cancel within 2 hours of placing your order.
Expedited, urgent, or same-day orders: you may ask us to cancel within 20 minutes of placing your order.
We can only cancel an application that has not yet been forwarded for government review.
Once your file has gone to the Cambodian authority for review, is under review, or has been approved, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you don't send required documents or information in time, we may cancel your order automatically, and no refund will apply.
A rejected application cannot later be cancelled, and its fee is not refundable.
If you accidentally created two orders for the same trip, you can ask us to cancel the extra one before it's processed.
Simply changing your mind about travelling is fine too — just let us know before processing starts.
If we ask you for extra documents and you don't provide them in time, leading to a rejection, we may not be able to refund you.
We can't refund an application that's rejected because the details you gave us were wrong, incomplete, or misleading — accuracy of your submission is your responsibility.
Think you were charged twice? Send us both transaction records and we'll verify and refund within roughly 2–4 business days.
Refund eligibility
Refunds apply when you cancel before processing has begun.
Genuine emergencies (medical issues, sudden personal circumstances) are looked at case-by-case, depending on whether processing has started.
Technical problems on our end affecting processing will also be reviewed individually.
Please double check your visa type and travel dates before ordering — once submitted, changes can't be made, so raise any concerns with us beforehand.
Chose the wrong visa type by mistake? We may be able to cancel and refund if you tell us before the file reaches Cambodian authorities.
If a visa is refused because of your own prior immigration record or eligibility issues, the fee is non-refundable.
Refunds always go back through your original payment method.
After a visa is issued Once Cambodian authorities have approved and issued your e-visa, we cannot cancel or refund the order — even if your plans change or you end up not travelling. The fee remains payable regardless.
Timing and privacy Cancellations are normally actioned right away on our end, though your bank may take 3–10 business days to show the refund. Your personal data is removed from our systems once an application is cancelled, per our Privacy Policy.
Other refund notes A processing charge (from $15, subject to currency) may be taken from refunds to cover banking costs. We may pause a refund if a problem originates on the customer's side. Currency conversion means the refunded amount may differ slightly from what you originally paid.
6. Our Liability to You
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind — including lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities — connected with your use of our service, even if we knew such losses were possible. Our total liability to you, however the claim arises, will never exceed USD $120.
We protect data using encryption and secure infrastructure, but no online system is completely risk-free, and we can't promise absolute protection against hacking or data breaches. We're not liable for losses arising from a breach outside our control. We suggest you also use strong passwords and be careful with personal information online.
7. Payments
Payments are processed through established third-party providers, and we do not store your full card details ourselves. Transaction data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL. We only work with processors that meet strong security standards.
8. No Warranty
Our service is provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind, whether written or implied, including any promise of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. Use of our site and service is at your own risk.
9. Changing Regulations
Cambodian visa rules can change without notice, and we're not responsible for any resulting delay, cost, or loss. Where we are liable for anything at all, our responsibility is capped at the fee you paid us for the relevant service — nothing more.
10. Cookies
We may use cookies and similar tracking tools to see how visitors use our site and to make it work better. You can adjust your browser to block or flag cookies if you prefer.
11. Data From Other Sources
We may use analytics tools like Google Analytics, and we may receive information about you if you sign in or interact with us through a third-party platform such as Google or Facebook.
12. How Long We Keep Data and Who We Share It With
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected, then restrict or delete it — except where we must keep it briefly to handle disputes, meet legal duties, or finish investigating suspected fraud. We may share your data with our corporate affiliates, with vetted service providers who help run parts of our business, or with authorities where legally required.
13. Independence From Government
We are a private company, not part of the Cambodian government or any embassy or consulate. Information on our site is offered in good faith, but we make no promises about its accuracy or completeness, and use of it is at your own risk.
14. Links to Other Sites
Our site may link to third-party pages we don't control. We don't check, endorse, or take responsibility for their content or reliability.
