Traveler Tips for Arriving in Cambodia

Peak Arrival Times

Expect longer queues for immigration in late morning and early afternoon. eVisa lines are usually faster than Visa on Arrival.

Currency Exchange

USD is widely accepted, but it’s handy to get small USD notes at airport ATMs. KHR (Cambodian Riel) also available at exchange booths.

SIM Cards & Internet

Get a local SIM at arrivals—Metfone, Cellcard, and Smart booths in airport lobbies. Free WiFi in most airport terminals.
